Private Sessions
A private session is a chance to work one-on-one with a certified trainer. Trainers take the time to get to know their client’s individual needs and goals, and tailor the sessions accordingly.

Teacher Training Courses
Coursework is offered for both GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®. Coursework is intended for those who wish to become a certified trainer, as well as to deepen an individual's intellectual knowledge and felt experience of the system.
